Welcome to AiBrush, your premier destination for high-quality AI brushes and digital assets. By accessing our platform or purchasing any service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are strictly enforced to ensure a secure environment for both the store and the buyer.

1. Digital Goods Agreement

All products sold on AiBrush.store (including but not limited to AI brushes, brush packs, and digital assets) are Digital Goods. Due to the nature of instant digital delivery, once the download link or files are provided, the product is deemed "consumed" and is non-returnable.

2. Service Fees & 10% Tax

A non-refundable 10% service fee/tax is automatically applied to every transaction at checkout to cover platform maintenance, secure payment processing, and ensuring active support.

3. License & Usage Liability

  • Licensing: Upon delivery, the buyer receives a license to use the purchased brushes according to the terms specified at the time of purchase. We strongly recommend reviewing the license scope (personal, commercial, or extended) before use.
  • Compatibility: AiBrush.store is not responsible for compatibility issues arising from software updates (e.g., Procreate, Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint) after the purchase. We do not provide compensation for brushes that malfunction due to third-party software changes, unsupported file formats, or user error during installation.

4. Anti-Fraud & Chargeback Policy

Any attempt to open a dispute or chargeback via payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Cryptocurrencies) without prior communication with our support team will be flagged as fraud. We reserve the right to:

  1. Permanently ban the user from AiBrush.store.
  2. Share the buyer's IP, email, and details with global digital fraud databases.
  3. Report the fraudulent activity to the respective payment providers.

5. Modifications

AiBrush.store reserves the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in the digital market or platform policies. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the most current version of these terms.
